Annual carnival sponsored by Hoopeston Area Women’s Club. 1pm – 3pm at the McFerren Park Civic Center. No entry fee! Various vendors with items for sale. Various local are youth organizations, Hoopeston Animal Rescue Team. Free kid games and activities, a Dessert Walk (.50cents a ticket) and food for purchase from the Girl’s Softball Association.
